Taxman Brewing
Hydration is key!
Note: Just 1-2 of these will do the job so there’s still room for dinner.
Red Frazier Bison
Last year I had the pleasure of working with Zach Panama, the owner of Red Frazier Bison Farm during a farming project. I got to hangout with the bison and learn so much in the short time that we were there. I was able to see for myself where this quality meat came from! Fun Fact- you can find their products at Joe’s! Click below for more information and how to get your hands on some of their meat!
Joe’s Smoked Bacon
It’s not a sandwich without Joe’s bacon.

Cicero Market Pretzel Buns
When I mentioned in a Facebook group that I was on the hunt for local pretzel buns, I got a handful of new places to check out! Someone mentioned Cicero Market so I decided to check it out. I was impressed with the selections and left with more than what I intended to get. Now these buns were not locally made BUT they did come from a local grocery store! I got a heads up from a few places that makes them. I also found out a friend of mine’s wife makes them homemade! I’ll be placing an order for those for our next burger adventure!

Home ec. preserves
I met Jessica, the owner of Home Preserves while volunteering with Edible Indy Magazine at No Questions Asked Food Pantry. I happen to stumble upon her booth at the Broadripple Farmer’s Market and was able to snag some of this Cherry Habanero Jam!
More meat! Joe’s Pulled pork.
We can’t forget about Joe’s prepared foods! I appreciate the variety of goodness to choose from. You can’t go wrong with any of their sandwiches, salads, sides, main dishes, or desserts! Honestly, you can make an entire meal from this section! My mom is obsessed with the mashed cauliflower. I’m not joking, she drives 26 miles for it hahah! After her gastric bypass surgery she has a restricted diet so finding something on the healthier side that she enjoys is a win!

Also from Joe’s :)
Shoup’s BBQ Sauce
Cicero Market has a whole section of Indiana made products! I was impressed with this sauce! It reminded me of Summer cookouts. To heat things up a little, I added Amplify Pepper sauce. I swear you can add that sauce to anything!
